The first agricultural engineering institution since 2013 owned by a female agricultural engineer in Jordan. We design and landscaping (coordinate gardens) using the correct engineering method that combines Hardscape & soft escape  garden architecture and planting, using plants with less maintenance and less water consumption, with the aim of reducing errors in the future and thus reducing costs. In addition to a training service within an integrated program targeting agricultural engineers to develop their skills, spread the culture of correct work, and encourage people to own gardens to increase green spaces and achieve environmental sustainability

We started an ornamental plants and landscaping shop in 2013 with a loan from Agricultural Engineers Association “IBDAA Projects Fund”. I was the first female agricultural engineer to obtain this loan and then developed it into the first licensed professional agricultural engineering supervision office for landscaping in Jordan in 2017 with a grant from USID LENS.

We won the Citi Bank Award in 2013 for the category of newly established pioneering projects. We participated in several local and regional awards and reached the final stages, such as: Union Bank Award in 2015/ My Idea Award from Tamweelcom in 2014/ Shoman Innovation Award in 2018/ SWITCHMED Award for Green Pioneer Projects. 2016 / Arab Noor Award 2018 / I was selected among 10 women in the Middle East for Womenpreneur in 2016 / I was selected among 10 women out of 100 in Jordan for the Creative Startups program with the Swedish Embassy / We received several honors from Agricultural Engineers Association and several bodies / I participated in several conferences Local, regional and international, and several programs and training in entrepreneurship, local and regional

Our Goals

  • Spreading the culture of correct work in landscaping by creating a generation that possesses the skills of correct work
  • Bridging the gap between theoretical education and the labor market in the field of agriculture, especially landscaping
  • Creating job opportunities for agricultural engineers, through the company’s future projects, if they exist, and through the website and networking them with potential customers or working in other companies.
  • Practical training for engineers to qualify them to enter the labor market, especially females
  • Beautification of cities in cooperation with municipalities and the government sector, thus increasing green spaces
  • Motivating homeowners to create their own gardens and increasing interest in them to increase green spaces and achieve environmental sustainability
  • Involving the local community by providing free designs and supervision through trainee engineers (practical application of courses)
